I whole heartedly believe that the human mind-body-spirit is wonderfully resilient and has a powerful ability to self heal when given the opportunity to do so. Any physical, mental or emotional condition can return to a state of natural balance if provided with a supportive and healing environment for this to occur. My treatments provide a space where your mind-body-spirit can begin to heal itself.

Most of us endure suffering in some way or another and I believe that suffering can act as a doorway to greater depths of consciousness, peace, love and joy. I have recently turned thirty and looking back I can see that the last fifteen years of my life have been an incredible journey of growth, healing and transformation.

I am truly passionate in supporting your journey towards physical, emotional, & spiritual well-being. I am continually developing my energetic connection and I’m committed to my own physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being and growth. I enjoy the simple things in life like eating nutritious foods, walking the dog, taking time out to relax, catching up with friends, enjoying nature, and meditation.
