I love the end of the year because it's that time where you can begin to plan your intentions for the upcoming year. I'm very much looking forward to 2010 because for starters, it will be a cruisy year for me as far as university is conscerned (yay) and that means that I can spend a lot more time on myself and my clinic (double yay!). I look forward to deepening my own spiritual practices in 2010. For me this includes meditation, time spent connecting to the divine, exercising, eating well, enjoying life and relationships. Deepening my own spritual practices also provides me with more to offer my clients. Detoxification

I'm passionate about detoxification and have decided to incorporate more detoxification treatments and education within my clinic. Being the kind of person who wants to walk the talk, I have decided to go on a 49 day (up to day 21!) cleansing fast (eating mostly raw organic fruit and vegetables) as well as incorporating detoxification treatments...so if you're ready to detox, come in and have a chat and a treatment with me!

Harmony Healing Winds Up

From the 1 June 2009, I have decided to work independently under my own name rather than through Harmony Healing. This has been a big decision as my dear friend Leisa Millar has provided me with so much love, support & magic over the past few years.
